On Monday’s Opening Kickoff, Mark and Lee were joined by a special guest in longtime UT Martin head coach Jason Simpson — who is also the father of former Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson.
Simpson discussed his son being selected at No. 13 overall by the Los Angeles Rams and what he heard both before and throughout the draft process, the decision that went into his son being selected, and the moment for him as a father seeing his son become a first round pick.
