As is the case most every year, someone who has some sort of affiliation with the city of Mobile was selected over the weekend in the NFL Draft.
Faith Academy and Florida Gators alum Shemar James became the latest, joining McGill-Toolen and former South Alabama star Jalen Tolbert on the Dallas Cowboys.
The Cowboys selected James in the fifth round on Saturday and he joined The Opening Kickoff before reporting to camp to discuss the draft process, excitement about heading to Dallas, and much more.
