The Opening Kickoff was on the road on Friday morning for our 14th stop on WNSP’s 2025 Dr. Christopher Mullenix High School Gameday Series, this time marking the 11th week of the season!
We headed out to St. Michael Catholic and talked to head coach Phillip Rivers about the special season his Cardinals have had as well as their push for an undefeated season and upcoming matchup against UMS-Wright which a victory would send them to the playoffs at 10-0.
Mark, Lee and Michael spoke with Rivers along with a couple of Cardinals stars including quarterback Gunner Rivers and running back Noah Moss, getting the player perspective on the game as well.
This was our final regular season edition of the Dr. Christopher Mullenix High School Gameday, but with playoffs starting up next week, we will be back in full force at Cottage Hill!
