College football rankings: AP Poll Top 25: Ohio State jumps Clemson for No. 3, Baylor rises

In the new AP Poll Top 25 released on Sunday, Ohio State jumped ahead of Clemson for No. 3 in the country. Undefeated teams Penn State, Baylor, SMU, Minnesota and Appalachian State also moved up.
