ESPN’s Chris Low announced on X that Alabama football head coach Nick Saban was retiring Wednesday evening. Nick Saban held a meeting around the same time revealing the news to the players.
Nick Saban won six National Championships in his tenure as coach as well as nine SEC Championships. His overall record in 17 seasons with the Tide is 206-29.
There has been no updates or news as of yet on the reasonings behind Nick Saban’s sudden retirement.
