The Opening Kickoff was on the road on Friday morning for our fifth stop on WNSP’s 2025 Dr. Christopher Mullenix High School Gameday Series, this time marking the fourth week of the season!
We headed out to Spanish Fort High School to talk to head coach Chase Smith about his team, what he has seen from their impressive start to the season, and of course their huge game on Friday night to continue region play against the Saraland Spartans.
Mark, Lee and Michael spoke with Smith along with a couple of the Toros stars, getting the player perspective on the game as well.
Next week, we will have two broadcasts, one on Thursday from Murphy High School as they host Spanish Fort and the second on Friday morning at Cottage Hill as they host Excel!
