{"id":1184454,"date":"2026-08-17T05:54:31","date_gmt":"2026-08-17T11:54:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wnsp.com\/wordpress\/?p=1184454"},"modified":"2026-08-17T05:54:31","modified_gmt":"2026-08-17T11:54:31","slug":"tobias-comer-coaches-corner-baldwin-county-head-coach-andrew-davis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wnsp.com\/wordpress\/tobias-comer-coaches-corner-baldwin-county-head-coach-andrew-davis\/","title":{"rendered":"Tobias &#038; Comer Coaches\u2019 Corner: Baldwin County Head Coach Andrew Davis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every week on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tobiascomerlaw.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tobias &amp; Comer<\/a> Coaches\u2019 Corner, Mark, Lee and Michael will talk to a local area high school coach to get the scoop on what\u2019s going on with their team, how our local schools are faring on their respective pushes to bring Blue Maps back to the Gulf Coast, and everything in between.<\/p>\n<p>In the first edition of the high school football season with game week upon us, the guys caught up with Baldwin County Tigers head coach Andrew Davis, who is extremely excited as the program really starts to take shape now going into his third year in charge.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the challenges faced over his first two seasons, Davis says it has allowed him and a growing coaching staff to be able to lay the foundation for what they hope is a successful future at Baldwin County both this season and well beyond this year in 5A Region 1.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have installed the culture that we want, been able to grow as football players and staff, we have grown from seven coaches from freshmen up to now 12,&#8221; Davis said. &#8220;We have a mature team, returning eight guys on offense, nine guys on defense.
