Pauline\u2019s vision for this program and preparation to lead Alabama women\u2019s basketball is incredibly impressive, and we look forward to seeing the Tide continue to rise under her leadership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>With a reputation as one of the best recruiters and developers of talent in the women\u2019s game, Love\u2019s arrival marks a very exciting day for the program.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m incredibly honored to lead the Alabama women\u2019s basketball program,\u201d said Love. \u201cThis is a place with a championship standard, and we\u2019re going to build a team that reflects that every day through toughness, togetherness and trust.
