{"id":1173804,"date":"2025-07-21T12:42:26","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T18:42:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wnsp.com\/wordpress\/?p=1173804"},"modified":"2025-07-21T12:42:26","modified_gmt":"2025-07-21T18:42:26","slug":"texas-picked-to-win-sec-in-media-poll-alabama-and-auburn-litter-all-sec-teams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wnsp.com\/wordpress\/texas-picked-to-win-sec-in-media-poll-alabama-and-auburn-litter-all-sec-teams\/","title":{"rendered":"Texas Picked to Win SEC in Media Poll, Alabama and Auburn Litter All-SEC Teams"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of the more underrated portions of SEC Media Days \u2014 which took place last week in Atlanta \u2014 is the media in attendance getting a chance to vote on how they believe the season could shake out.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one of the best indicators still a month and a half before the season of what the end of the year standings and awards ballot could look like.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s edition created some surprising results with the predicted order of finish, and it was a hotly contested race.<\/p>\n<p>With 96 first place votes, the Texas Longhorns are the predicted champion of the conference, edging out the second place Georgia Bulldogs (44 votes) in what would be a rematch of last season\u2019s SEC title game.<\/p>\n<p>Here was the full predicted finishing order:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">NEW: College Football SEC Media Predicted Order of Finish\ud83d\udc40<\/p>\n<p>Do you agree?
