We are ripping through high school football season on the Gulf Coast this season and this week marks two more editions of the Greer\u2019s Markets Game of the Week getting started on Thursday night and taking us out to McGill-Toolen as they will face off in their massive region matchup against Blount.<\/p>\n

Currently, the Blount Leopards are having a rough go of it as the team searches for answers sitting at 1-4 in the toughest region in the state. McGill, on the other hand, is 3-3 and 2-2 in the region and absolutely needs the region victory to put themselves in a spot to finish top four. With Saraland, St. Paul’s, and Spanish Fort looking as strong as ever, there could only be one spot up for grabs.<\/p>\n

McGill has already taken a loss to Gulf Shores, who will also be vying for the final spot. With games against teams like Spanish Fort and St. Paul’s still looming late in the season, this is an absolute must-win game for the Yellow Jackets. It all gets going on WNSP on Thursday night.<\/p>\n
