Crennel was fired after leading the Chiefs to a (2-14) season in his only season as their Head Coach. Mangini last coached the Browns in 2009-2010. Both candidates are former Head Coaches with the Browns and defensive coordinators for the Patriots. The only difference is that Crennel actually has three Super Bowl rings.
