Just when you thought that the Gene Chizik era, or errors, was over…think again.

Selena Roberts, a former investigative journalist for the New York Times, reports that there were several NCAA violations surrounding Auburn’s 2010 National Championship. CLICK HERE FOR THE FULL STORY

Three key players, including Mobile-native Michael McNeil, have come out and said that players were paid to delay going pro and grades were changed to make key players eligible for the 2010 championship game.

Former Auburn defensive coordinator and current Florida Head Coach Will Muschamp is one of the coaches named in the report that offered players money.

Roberts says that she plans on writing a follow up piece to this original report with possibly more violations.

If this develops into an investigation, Auburn could be penalized by forgoing some of their wins and possibly their 2010 championship.
